Emily was an awesome Doula. We had an instant connection from the first time we met, she was very friendly and i could tell she really loved helping and supporting people through the whole pregnancy and birth process. She is very knowledgeable of things to do during pregnancy to make it easier on mama and dad. For example I had horrible heart burn during my pregnancy and she said papaya pills would help, and they did! During labor she had many techniques to keep mamma as calm as possible while contracting and a way to move along labor faster. She also supported dad and knew exactly what was going on with mom to keep everyone calm. She also is there postpartum for any support or questions you may have. All in all Emily is a great doula, I will absolutely be contacting her when I have my second babe!
